Orders & Shipments
  • We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your package will usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
  • Our packages always come with a track & trace code, so you can easily follow your order.
  • Free delivery from €75.
Returns & Exchanges
  • You can return your order within 14 days.
  • Items must be returned undamaged and with original packaging and labels.
  • We cannot accept returns of products with traces of make-up, perfume or other signs of use.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive the purchase amount back within 7 working days via the same payment method.
  • Want to exchange an item? Return it and place a new order for the desired size/color.
  • We ask customers to always send returns and packages with track & trace or registered mail. ELEVEN Fashion Store is not liable for lost shipments until they have been received and inspected by our warehouse. In the event of loss, please contact the carrier; upon providing proof of shipment, we will process your refund or exchange.

Pay
  • At ELEVEN Fashion Store you can pay safely via IDEAL, credit card and Apple Pay.
  • All payments are made via a secure connection.
  • After completing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Postage costs
  • The shipping costs are
    €6.45 for parcel post.

General terms and conditions

Article 1. Definitions

1.1 In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Entrepreneur: ELEVEN Fashion, trading under the name ELEVEN Fashion Store.
  • Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract via the ELEVEN Fashion Store webshop.
  • Agreement: any agreement concluded between ELEVEN Fashion Store and the consumer via the webshop: www.elevenfashionstore.com .

Article 2. Applicability


2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the ELEVEN Fashion Store webshop.
2.2 By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these conditions.
2.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by ELEVEN Fashion Store.

Article 3. Offer and conclusion of the agreement


3.1 All offers from ELEVEN Fashion Store are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2 The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer places an order and this is confirmed by ELEVEN Fashion Store by e-mail.
3.3 ELEVEN Fashion Store reserves the right to refuse an order or to impose certain conditions on delivery, for example in the event of incorrectly entered information or (possible) fraud.

Article 4. Prices and payment


4.1 All prices in the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Shipping costs are €6.45 for parcels. Orders over €75 are delivered free of charge.
4.3 Payment is always made in advance via the payment methods offered in the webshop (iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay).
4.4 In the event of a clearly incorrect price, ELEVEN Fashion Store has the right to terminate the agreement. The consumer will be informed immediately.

Article 5. Delivery and shipment


5.1 ELEVEN Fashion Store does its best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.
5.2 All packages are sent via PostNL and are provided with a track & trace code.
5.3 If a product is unavailable, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible. In that case, the consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount already paid.
5.4 ELEVEN Fashion Store is not liable for delays or damage during transport by PostNL or other carriers, to the extent that these carriers are liable under their own terms and conditions.

Article 6. Returns and exchanges


6.1 The consumer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with original labels and packaging.
6.3 Items with makeup stains, strong perfume odors, or other signs of wear will not be accepted and may be refused or partially refunded.
6.4 SALE items are excluded from exchange and return, unless otherwise stated with the product.
6.5 Once the return has been received and inspected, the consumer will receive a refund using the same payment method. ELEVEN Fashion Store strives to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
6.6 Exchanges can be made by first registering a return and then placing a new order, or by contacting customer service. 6.7 We request that customers always send returns and packages with track & trace or registered mail. ELEVEN Fashion Store is not liable for lost shipments until they have been received and inspected by our warehouse. In the event of loss, the customer must contact the carrier; upon presentation of proof of shipment, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Article 7. Complaints


7.1 ELEVEN Fashion Store strives to deliver good products and service.
7.2 Complaints should be reported as soon as possible by email to info@elevenfashionstore.com , preferably with the order number and photos of the product in question.
7.3 ELEVEN Fashion Store strives to handle complaints within 14 business days. If a complaint requires more time, the consumer will be informed of the next steps within 14 days.

Article 8. Privacy


8.1 ELEVEN Fashion Store respects the privacy of users of the webshop and treats personal data confidentially.
8.2 Personal data will not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement (e.g. delivery, payment) or on the basis of legal obligations.

Article 9. Liability


9.1 ELEVEN Fashion Store is not liable for damage of any nature arising from incorrect use of the products.
9.2 ELEVEN Fashion Store's liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
9.3 To the extent applicable, claims against carriers or manufacturers are not excluded.

Article 10. Force Majeure


10.1 In the event of force majeure (such as disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or delivery problems with third parties), ELEVEN Fashion Store has the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
10.2 If the force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement.

Article 11. Applicable law and disputes


11.1 All agreements and these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
11.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration.

Article 12. Final provisions


12.1 Changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the website in a timely manner and will only apply to future orders.
